Screening

Manual review and assessment of employment history, education, gaps, and relevance.

Initial Phone
Screening

Initial phone call to verify availability to work, interest, communication skills, and basic qualifications.

Skills
Assessment

Technical tests such as coding, typing, software proficiency, or trade-specific tests and soft skills such as communication, leadership, and teamwork.

In-Depth
Interviews

Hold in-person or virtual structured interviews to assess technical skills, problem-solving abilities, culture fit and professionalism.

Reference and Background Checks

Client Submission and Feedback

Propose curated candidate portfolios (interview notes, skills assessment results, professionalism analysis, culture analysis) for client review and feedback. Client feedback provides Areté a better understanding of the talent requested by the client and the ability to coach candidates to improve their opportunities for immediate hire.

Offer and
Onboarding

Handle negotiations and present offer, ensure candidates complete all required paperwork: I9 forms, tax documents, confidentiality agreements, client specific documents, prepare talent for onboarding schedule.

Post-Placement
Follow-Up

First week check-in with client and candidate, on-going monitoring to assess performance, replacement guarantee (back-up candidate in case of early termination).
